Pilates is a popular low impact form of exercise which is suitable for anyone from the non-sporting to the professional athlete. It is a whole body exercise programme focusing on core strengthening, flexibility, posture and balance.

Our Classes are a combination of mat, equipment and reformer work, with emphasis on small class numbers ensuring close supervision is maintained. Using our expertise, individual exercise programmes are prepared and monitored.

We also run 1:1 and semi-private classes at our clinic in Holmfirth. Again, these include a combination of mat, equipment and reformer exercises.

All our classes are run in a fun, friendly but professional atmosphere.

All new patients have an initial consultation to check medical history, evaluate any musculo-skeletal problems and to set joint goals, ensuring you achieve the most from your sessions.

It is essential that you receive the individual care and support needed whilst exercising, which is why we keep our class sizes small(1 : 5 ratio).
